Job Description

Black & McDonald Limited is actively seeking a Facilities Corrdinator located in the Greater Toronto Area to provide building maintenance operations to Pullman, Ironside and Railside.

Responsibilities:

Work shall include but not necessarily be bound by the following:

  • Maintenance of mechanical/electrical equipment.
  • Respond to environmental/comfort complaints
  • Monitor and utilize the building automation system
  • Relamping
  • Perform shift tours and log readings
  • Life safety tests
  • Answer tenant request calls
  • Start-up/shut down building equipment
  • Filter and belt changes
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Clear toilets and drains
  • Perform general janitorial duties as required
  • Perform all types of general building maintenance and repairs 
  • Able to work overtime when requested
  • Ablity to be on-call
  • Trade license  is perferred
  • 3-5 years of facilities coordinating or Maintenance experience
  • Basic computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office
  • General Building Equipment maintenance skills required
  • Valid Driver’s License is required
