Role and Responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience
- Provide excellent customer service and answer all client enquiries.
- Complete all reception duties such as; respond to incoming and outgoing communication via telephone, emails and letters as well as assist walk-ins.
- Responsible for scheduling, follow-ups, creating client folders and organizing electronic records.
- Beauty product knowledge and sales; need to be comfortable selling to clients and providing exceptional service.
Must have a college diploma or a combination of a high school diploma with related Administrative Assistant experience.
- MUST have 5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and be very comfortable learning new personalized databases.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while still meeting deadlines.
