Bilingual Customer Service Representative - permanent position (#320306)
A client in Kitchener is looking to hire for a permanent Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
The employee would be responsible for taking all incoming calls and providing post-sales support pertaining to the operation and service of company products. Would also handle approval of warranty claims, process reports and correspond with customers regarding claim issues when required.
Must be comfortable answering general inquiries either by phone, fax or email regarding pricing, availability, product features, orders and/or shipping status, product deliveries and/or proof of delivery documentation.Advantages

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication in BOTH English and French
3-4 years experience providing Technical Assistance and/or Call Center experience
Proven MS Office skills
Positive, friendly attitude and good rapport with customers
