Inbound Customer Service Coordinator- Lethbridge, Alberta

As an Inbound Customer Service Coordinator you will:
Answer inbound calls from our policy holders inquiring about their Sun Life US benefits plans, disability claims, group insurance and life insurance products
Answer calls from brokers, benefit administrators and medical personnel regarding disability claims
Help resolve our customer concerns through analysis to determine the most effective resolution
Adapt to customer needs ensuring they are understood and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations
Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty
Be measured against quality, efficiency and effectiveness measures to help you continuously improve
Document and update records through our databases
Work collaboratively as a team to learn, improve and grow
