Inbound Customer Service Coordinator- Lethbridge, Alberta

 As an Inbound Customer Service Coordinator you will:

 

  • Answer inbound calls from our policy holders inquiring about their Sun Life US benefits plans, disability claims, group insurance and life insurance products 
  • Answer calls from brokers, benefit administrators and medical personnel regarding disability claims
  • Help resolve our customer concerns through analysis to determine the most effective resolution
  • Adapt to customer needs ensuring they are understood and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty
  • Be measured against quality, efficiency and effectiveness measures to help you continuously improve
  • Document and update records through our databases
  • Work collaboratively as a team to learn, improve and grow

What You Bring To The Table:

 

  • You understand our customers come first
  • Must be willing to work flexible shifts between 6am - 6pm
  • Open to receiving and incorporating constructive feedback and coaching to continuously improve
  • Demonstrate exceptional active listening, verbal and communication skills
  • Utilize automated telephone system to respond to inquiries
  • Handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
