About our client
Our client is a well known retailer
Perform analysis and allocations of both new and used products to the appropriate set stores, maximizing sales and minimizing stock outages
Work closely with purchasing team to utilize presale data, previous sales history and forecast to accurately project upcoming new release products in order to achieve corporate sales and inventory goals
Provides budgets and forcast reports, analysis and recommendations for multiple inventory management functions (daily, weekly,
monthly, and seasonally) in order to achieve corporate sales and inventory goals.
Perform initial Allocations of new products to stores utilizing various, complex allocation methods that measure walk-ins, pre-sell redemptions, lifecycles to derive the best possible methods of allocations based on data and sales history
Evaluate results of initial weeks sell-through against forecast and in-stock rate and make the necessary recommendations.
Develop new store inventory sku level assortment and build the proper inven

Who we are looking for
Bachelor's degree (BA is preferred)
2-4 years of merchandising planning experience
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience using replenishment and initial allocation experience preferred
Retail experience required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel and Word (SQL and VBA are considered an asset)
Must be able to multitask and prioritize
