  • Develop a vendor management proposal for Claims nationwide
  • Oversee the strategic deployment and tactical execution of the Vendor Management program
  • Provide leadership to the team, train and coach on negotiation skills, contract management, compliance, and supply chain management
  • Build the community of Vendor Management to ensure a sharing of best practice across common suppliers
  • Establish standards, create procedures, enforce compliance
  • Identify and deliver financial savings, added value opportunities and revenue generating opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the claim operation
  • Build internal reporting mechanisms to track and monitor progress and report compliance, quality and service results
  • Identify and develop individual vendor strategies, establish performance metrics for vendor scorecards
  • Establish and maintain a Vendor Management database
  • Work with Internal Audit to streamline billing and information flows while ensuring adequate internal controls


  • University Grad
  • Minimum of 5 years of Claims/ Vendor Management experience
  • Superior results leading people & building effective relationships
  • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Skilled in project management with the ability to understand data
  • Strategic and able to drive innovation
