Bilingual Administrative Assistant (#324183)

We are looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/ French) that would support the Manager of our client! If you are a Bilingual Administrative Assistant this position is for you.

Your tasks would include, but are not limited to:

-Update and maintain internal database
-Provide regional administrative support and small scale event planning
-Greet members and visitors to the office while also being the first point of contact for clients via phone and e-mail
-Track mailing pieces via courier and other delivery methods
-Assist in the translation of marketing and technical documentation
-Respond to incoming telephone calls, answer client inquiries and direct to appropriate colleague
-Supervise collection and delivery of incoming mail, faxes and couriered items
-Maintain stock room and kitchen, order supplies as necessary
-Organize meetings and take minutes
-General floor admin: photocopying, document handling, filing and faxing
-Preparation of basic presentation material and report preparation

- MUST be fluent in French and English, there are NO exceptions
- 3-5 years of experience in an Admin Assistant position
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
