This is an exciting opportunity to work at a small distribution company, MUST be willing to relocate for this position to South of London, Ontario. 

  • MUST have a current and valid AZ License, will be responsible for shunting trucks between facilities from time to time in this role

  • 5-7 years experience in an Operations Management role in either Transportation, Distribution or Logistics Industry

  • Strong leadership skills required, ability to mentor and coach

  • Proficient computer skills require, MS Office, Excel skills

  • Above average communication skills, strong customer service ability

  • Monitor CVOR and Log books, maintenance of trucks and trailers, paper work for border clearance

  • Schedule all driver loads

  • Inventory Control of products

  • Invoicing, payroll, accounts receivable and payables

  • Reports to management
