Do you have a passion for innovative solutions, influencing at all levels and driving change for the better? If so, we have an exciting opportunity as a Director of Process Excellence at Capital One Canada.

You will be an integral part of the Operations Leadership team driving operational efficiency/performance across the organization. You will have a sound Process Management background, which will be complemented with your strong desire to improve those processes around you. You will deliver a sustainable world class operations environment, which will enhance our business and align with our well managed strategy.

. Drive the vision for creating a well managed and controlled culture throughout Operations
. Initiate and oversee business transformation and productivity initiatives in a manner that balances: customer experience, efficiency and effectiveness by utilizing various methodologies (i.e. Six Sigma, Lean) and best practices within the industry.
. Leverage business process management techniques to establish robust processes and identify opportunities to increase quality, eliminate rework and improve efficiency.
. Lead, inspire and continue to develop a high performing team that supports the strategic and future needs of the business



. Bachelor or Master Degree in a major such as: Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics
. 8 years of experience within the financial services industry is preferred
. 10 years of experience in People Management and proven ability to attract, grow and retain talented associates
. Highly effective communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
. Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives as well as cross functional department leads.
. Effective change management experience, with the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization
. Excellent collaborative skills with the ability to drive results and successfully manage through adversity
