  • Builds and maintains client relationships, working in partnership with field Sales teams in managing the execution of strategic marketing and business plan
  • Handles inquiries, scope changes, questions or concerns for the life of their clients' projects
  • Manage process for timely production of assigned Marketing programs, including flyers, catalogues, special projects or websites.
  • Facilitate and manage strategy meeting/project kick-off meetings, branding meetings across all functional areas or the organization
  • Create and drive critical path on each assigned project to ensure delivery dates are met
  • Act as liaison between creative department, production department and sales/clients  Identify and manage overall program media costs and budgets; identify budget issues when appropriate
  • Coordinate vendors services via telephone and email; includes but not limited to translation services, photography and print production.
  • Adhere to client's corporate logo standards
  • Assist Merchandising Specialist with merchandise presentations to clients Produce/maintain accurate and organized reports to monitor program (weekly/monthly updates on program status/metrics)
  • Issue purchase orders to vendors, according to company policies
  • Review and analysis of program mgmt reporting to better manage future account development
  • Update, test and maintain websites for assigned accounts
  • Report status of accounts/projects weekly; develop risk mitigation plans as appropriate and execute when needed; Ensure mitigation/contingency plans are in place for identified risks and effectively managed
  • Actively participating in developing, documenting and implementing the Marketing strategies for penetrating client base, account retention and increasing revenue
  • Build and leverage customer relationships in order to penetrate additional marketing avenues for promotion and marketing efforts
  • Work overtime as required to meet deadlines




  • 2-3 years of Project Management experience
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and to work well under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills
  • Building and maintaining trust with a customer by fulfilling commitments and handling issues in order to gain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Negotiation skills Intermediate computer skills (Excel/Word /Windows/Office environment)
  • Provides leadership to associates in functional areas supporting the customer experience with SPP
  • Strong ability to lead a team to service client requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Organizational skills and detail focused a definite asset . Requires a self-motivated and energetic personality
  • Ability to participate positively in a team atmosphere


  • Experience in the Promotional Merchandise Industry; Understanding of decorating processes (embroidery, screen printing, etc)
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Print/web production experience


  • Marketing or Sales related education or experience
  • Project Management experience
  • College diploma/ University in Marketing, Project Management
  • Knowledge and/or experience in Business Management are a definite asset
  • 3-5 years of experience in any capacity listed above ( Marketing, Project Management)
