Here’s what you’ll get to do:
Develop in depth technical understanding of new applications and complex technology frameworks.
Participate in the design, implementation and ongoing evolution of our Product and Technology roadmaps.
Leverage Agile engineering best practices including conducting code review sessions, and working in pair programming teams.
Work as part of an Agile team to define and implement user stories leading to deployable software at the end of every cycle.
Provide guidance and coaching to fellow developers.
Develop code with an appreciation for performance, scalability security and SEO
Perform feasibility stu.dies on complex frameworks such as custom caching appliances and provide recommendations.
Works collaboratively in a team that is focused more on communication rather than the documentation of heavy requirements and processes.
Creates innovative solutions to problems.
Will be primarily involved in .Net development and associated frameworks such as jQuery.

The Technical Stuff:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development preferably within a variety of business environments.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an Agile development environment including the following Agile methodologies: OpenAgile or Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban.
Preferred hands on experience with some or all of the following Microsoft technologies: .Net Framework (4+), C#, ASP.Net WebForms and MVC, WCF, IIS.
Awareness of Inversion of Control, and Dependency Injection frameworks such as Castle Windsor.
Demonstrable knowledge of concepts such as Asp.Net page lifecycle, localization, reflection, caching strategies, etc.
Strong design patterns and agile development experience (unit testing, automated builds, etc.).
Understanding of SOLID principles, along with TDD and BDD.
Experience with MongoDB, NServiceBus, MSMQ or Oracle will be considered to be an asset.
Experience with high traffic web sites (1MM+ page views/day) will be a strong plus.
Experience with Web Analytics, Omniture a definite asset.
Must have the ability to research and provide solutions for complex issues.
Ability to recommend innovative solutions and think outside of the box.
