Call Centre Representative - Inbound (Bilingual - French and English) 21520 (#326281)

Randstad is currently seeking a personable, professional and enthusiastic candidate for a 12 month assignment for a call center position in Markham, ON.

The primary accountability of this position is to respond to inbound customer calls to troubleshoot point of sale device problems or assist the customer with general service inquiries in a 24 hour/day, 7 day/week, 365 days/year call centre. Typical call types include basic transactional assistance, device failure, statement inquiries, reconciliation support, and account maintenance.

Pay Rate: $23.70
Location: Markham (Pharmacy and Steeles)
Contract Length: 12 months
Start Date: June 30th

- Bilingual fluency in English and French (verbal and written)
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to multitask
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Computer and navigational skills

SHIFTS: Candidates must commit to being available to work a variety of rotating shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 11:00pm Monday through Sunday, including statutory holidays. Flexibility is required for evenings and weekends.

TRAINING: The first five weeks will be full time training between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Attendance to all training sessions is mandatory.
