Our client, a leading Canadian bank, is currently seeking a Project Coordinator who will coordinate, track, and assign resource assignments to enable the exceptional delivery to meet expected project timelines.
Key accountabilities include:
. Manage and track all incoming resource requirements across multiple LOB's, enhancements, optimizations and internal strategic initiatives
. Proactively manage resource assignments to ensure project needs are met
. Support in identification and escalation of delivery risks for action and mitigation
. Other duties as required
. 2-4 years in resource coordination, scheduling management and/or project coordination
. Hands on experience with MS Office suite of tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
. Strong organizational, prioritization, problem solving, interpersonal and collaboration skills
. Bachelor's degree required
. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
