Black & McDonald Limited is rapidly growing and due to this growth we are actively seeking a Lawyer to join our office located in Scarborough, Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity to come in on the ground floor as we continue to build our in-house legal capabilities supporting all areas of business.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and drafting contracts
- Participating in negotiations
- Providing legal advice on complex construction and corporate matters including:
- Design Build Agreements
- EPC Agreements
- PPP Agreements
- Teaming Agreements
- Joint Venture Agreements
The successful candidate will have:
- 2–5 years of corporate legal experience
- Specific experience in-house and/or in the construction industry will be considered an asset
- Ability to travel
