Inventory Coordinator

Summary:

Reporting to the Production Superintendent, this position will supply key support for production and related areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and organize inventory
  • Perform spot checks for inventory count process
  • Input and process orders efficiently
  • Provide daily contact with production and shipping on required pipe materials and inventory
  • Input and process orders utilizing the Oracle system
  • Coordinate raw material inventory checks
  • Ordering of raw materials

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, Math 30 is an asset
  • Shipping and receiving experience an asset
  • Precast concrete pipe product knowledge preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products; exposure to Oracle software an asset
  • Proven Excel skills
  • Purchasing experience an asset
  • Demonstrated problem solving and customer service skills
