A leading Canadian based Financial Institution currently has an opening for a Project Coordinator. The duration of this contract will be 3 to 6 months with the possibility for renewal.
As the Project Coordinator working on this project, you will be responsible for:
*Scheduling and organizing meetings
*Inform team members of project status and progress
*Produce internal management reports
*Assist with project management documentation
*Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency
*Support project status reporting and Intake Process activities
*Solid working knowledge of SDLC and PMLC
*Excellent presentation, communication and relationship management skills with all levels
*High proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint
*CLARITY experience is an ABSOLUTE MUST
