Reporting to the Executive Director/Director, Acute Programs/Community Programs as part of the Leadership Community Team, and to the VP, Professional Practice & Chief Nursing Executive (VP/CNE) for the professional practice and academic aspects of the role. You will provide leadership in the planning, development and ongoing quality improvement of clinical supports and services for Pediatric programs.

As the successful candidate you have a Masters' degree in Nursing (other graduate degrees may be considered depending on area of specialty), five years health care experience, including three years recent, related clinical experience, and current, practicing registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC). Practice qualifications as a staff nurse in the area is also required.

This Regular Full Time position is based at Surrey Memorial Hospital, in Surrey, BC.
