The Opportunity

Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives; achieve branch revenue, profitability and unit targets; provide account management services and assist Sales Representatives with their efforts of promoting sales, increasing market share by introducing company products as business solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Coach, mentor and assist in the training and development of Sales Representatives to support them in achieving their business and personal growth objectives.
* Managing a team of Sales Representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales quotas, complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
* Attending training and associated workshops to increase product knowledge and to stay abreast of company products and pricing as well as familiarity with competitor products and pricing.
* Participating in trade shows, technology showcases and product demonstrations, promoting company image and products.
* Strong selling skills, with exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities to work within a professional, team-oriented environment.
* Meet or exceed an assigned sales quota

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:


* College or university degree, or equivalent experience in a related field

EXPERIENCE:


* 5 or more years of successful business-to-business selling experience within the office product industry
* 2 or more year's management experience with a focus on motivating and coaching teams
* Superior knowledge of sales techniques including cold-calling, networking, lead generation, all with the ability to capture and close the deal.
* Proven sales ability in a commercial and key account environment
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with proven ability to express complex ideas in a simplified logical manner
* Strong public presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills
* Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes
* Exhibit strong business acumen, customer focus and a demonstrated balanced approach to decision making (company, client & employee interests)
* Thinks strategically, outline a course of action, and analyze potential outcomes and anticipate pitfalls
* Self starter, action oriented, effective use of consulting skills
* Team builder who is committed to a team approach and the development of talent, who demonstrates effective leadership skills by leading through example
* Maintaining effectiveness in varying environments with different tasks, responsibilities, and role

OTHER:


* Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (and auto insurance coverage per Ricoh's policy)
* Travel locally to client locations

Directeur des ventes

En tant que directeur des ventes, vous êtes responsable de gérer une équipe de représentants; réaliser le revenu de succursale, la rentabilité et les objectifs d'unités; et de fournir des services de gestion des comptes et de l'assistance aux représentants dans le cadre de leurs efforts de promouvoir les ventes et d'augmenter la part de marché en présentant les produits de l'entreprise en tant que solutions d'affaires.

RESPONSABILITÉS :


* Fournir de l'encadrement, devenir mentor et offrir de l'assistance dans le cadre de la formation et du perfectionnement des représentants afin de leur fournir du soutien pour réaliser leurs objectifs d'affaires et de perfectionnement personnel.
* Gérer une équipe de représentants pour réaliser les quotas de vente mensuels et annuels et les affectations en utilisant des directives, procédures et politiques établies.
* Participer à de la formation et des ateliers connexes pour augmenter les connaissances de produits et rester au courant des produits et des prix de l'entreprise ainsi que ceux de la concurrence.
* Participer à des expositions, vitrines technologiques et démonstrations de produits pour promouvoir l'image et les produits de l'entreprise.
* Fortes aptitudes de vente avec compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et de communication exceptionnelles pour travailler dans un environnement professionnel et dynamique.

EXIGENCES

ÉDUCATION :


* Diplôme collégial ou universitaire ou expérience équivalente dans un domaine connexe



EXPÉRIENCE :


* 5 ans ou plus d'expérience en ventes interentreprises fructueuses au sein de l'industrie de produits de bureau
* 2 ans ou plus d'expérience de gestion ciblant la motivation et l'encadrement d'une équipe
* Connaissances approfondies des techniques de vente, y compris la sollicitation à froid, le réseautage, générer des pistes de vente, ainsi que la capacité de saisir et de conclure des contrats.
* Habiletés de vente prouvées dans un environnement commercial et de comptes clés
* Fortes aptitudes en communication (à l'écrit et à l'oral), avec des capacités prouvées pour exprimer des idées complexes de façon simple et logique
* Fortes aptitudes en présentation et en communication (à l'écrit et à l'oral)
* Bonnes connaissances en MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et Lotus Notes
* Grande expérience des affaires, approche axée sur les clients et approche équilibrée pour la prise de décision (intérêts de l'entreprise, du client et de l'employé)
* Penser stratégiquement, exposer les grandes lignes d'un plan d'action et analyser les résultats potentiels et prévoir les embûches
* Individu entreprenant, pragmatique, utilisation efficace des compétences de consultation
* Individu ayant l'esprit d'équipe qui s'engage à une approche d'équipe et le développement du talent et démontre des compétences de leadership en prêchant par l'exemple
