The Opportunity

Our client is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking to add self-starting sales professionals to their team.  We are looking for business development professionals with a track record of hunting for new business and over achieving their results.

The focus of this role will be to grow and develop the business in the Bracebridge area to ensure the companies competitiveness in the market place. The Business Development Representative will engage with new organizations to drive business growth. They are looking for an individual who has high level of intensity, focus and determination. They must be results driven and have a desire to improve the financial wellbeing of themselves and the company.  This is a commission driven role.


Responsibilities of the Role

  • Develop new business opportunities through effective prospecting and cold calling.
  • Follow up on leads from customers in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Conduct presentations on company products.
  • Develop an appropriate call plan to strategically cover the designated territory.
  • Develop relationships within the local business community joining various associations and business groups.
  • Responsible for achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Requirements of the Role

  • We are looking for an individual who is determined, enthusiastic and results oriented.
  • Must have a minimum of 2-5 years sales experience, with a track record of success.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong sales background with a hunter mentality and desire to make money.
  • Strong communicator, presenter and negotiator.
