Our multi-disciplinary integrated team of actuaries, human resource and tax professionals provide specialized services in the areas of pension, benefits, HR, tax, compensation and talent management.
We are currently seeking a Manager to join our team and develop and lead consulting engagements related to talent for a diverse client base.
The successful candidate would manage projects and provide advice related to the talent strategy and analytics, performance management strategies and systems, succession and workforce planning, learning and development, total rewards.
A successful candidate is expected to lead the growth and maintenance of ongoing client relationships in the talent area. The role also involves project staffing and execution. As a member of our team you would supervise and provide leadership to staff as well as initiate and participate in business development and marketing activities.
