As an Account Manager within the Staffing Business Unit, you will be responsible to manage a portfolio of existing Staffing Agency accounts in the GTA area and leverage new business within these accounts. We are looking for an exceptional individual who has experience in the online recruitment industry, thrives on winning new business, has exceptional account management skills, and can clearly communicate the value of our solutions to Staffing Agency Decision makers.  The chosen incumbent will manage clients via telephone, email and also go to client sites when necessary.

 

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Meet and exceed sales revenue targets for existing & new Staffing clients.
  • Implementing recruitment strategies for clients utilizing Workopolis' product suite.
  • Cultivate relationships that ensure long-term customer retention and future sales opportunities.
  • Managing the complete sales cycle including the preparation of proposals and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate win-win service agreements and ensure that the service delivered meets/exceeds customer expectations.
  • Provide detailed account information on customers by using our CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline for accurate forecasting of revenue.

 

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a recruitment agency environment
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience working in sales, a blend of inside sales and field sales preferred.
  • Experience with New business development.
  • Previous B2B sales experience.
  • Ability to sell ideas and concepts, not just products.
  • Highly developed skills in prospecting, objection handling and closing sales.
  • Strong negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM.
  • University Degree/College Diploma an asset.
