The successful candidate in this challenging role will assist the Brant-Erie Centre management team in achieving profitable and sustainable growth. You are a leader and have experience in recruiting, training, coaching and developing recruits into self-confident, successful financial sales professionals. The Brant-Erie Centre has 3 Managers, 35 Advisors, 1 Financial Centre Resource Team Leader and 2 Financial Centre Administrators.


You are committed to personal growth and learning. You are motivated to earn an above average income through the growth and development of successful advisors. You must also have a successful background in sales management, a proven record of attraction power, strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.


Main Accountabilities:


Achieve continuous net gain and contributing to the management functions of the Financial Centre by:

  • Recruiting and selecting sales advisors
  • Providing sales training for advisors
  • Conducting joint fieldwork
  • Assisting in setting advisor's goals
  • Monitoring advisor's performance and growth
  • Enhancing advisor learning
  • Enhancing Financial Centre culture
  • Motivating advisors

  • Life license
  • Accident and sickness license
  • Investment funds (IFIC) license
  • Branch Manager's IFIC license 

Notes/Unique Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a successful sales manager or advisor
  • Applicants must have their Life license, Accident and Sickness License and Mutual Fund license, or be willing to achieve quickly =

We are willing to consider people not currently working in Sales Force Management for this role. If the successful candidate is not currently in a Financial Centre Management role, they will enter the Manager Training Program and begin work as a Manager Trainee within the Brant-Erie Financial Centre.
