The successful candidate in this challenging role will assist the Brant-Erie Centre management team in achieving profitable and sustainable growth. You are a leader and have experience in recruiting, training, coaching and developing recruits into self-confident, successful financial sales professionals. The Brant-Erie Centre has 3 Managers, 35 Advisors, 1 Financial Centre Resource Team Leader and 2 Financial Centre Administrators.
You are committed to personal growth and learning. You are motivated to earn an above average income through the growth and development of successful advisors. You must also have a successful background in sales management, a proven record of attraction power, strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
