  • Manage projects according to the company's established project management methodologies and tools
  • Develop project schedules and milestones and monitor progress and status
  • Provide regular reporting on technical progress risks schedule and cost tracking with the Financial Controller
  • Operate with broad management authority receiving limited technical guidance and control limited only to general objectives and policies of the organization
  • Maintain project risks issues and mitigation plans as part of the regular operations process
  • Establish purchasing and contract scope deliverables authorization and tracking with Financial Controller and Purchasing
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structure and establish Work Packages with functional groups and contractors
  • Work with a Financial Control partner on charging and tracking compatible with the Project WBS and Work packages
  • Provide input to Project Management processes procedures and standards to enable continuous improvement
  • Respond to project audits and reviews as required
  • Provide input to employee performance appraisals


  • Project Management Professional PMP certified with PMI or equivalent experience
  • Engineering Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience in a product development environment or equivalent experience
  • Experience with initiating and managing engineering external sub-contractors
  • Experience and competence in achieving results by building and leading a project team in a multi-functional organization to constructively and collaboratively solve problems resolve conflicts and clear roadblocks
