. To deter detect and apprehend shop thieves within our retail locations . Detect and conduct internal investigations . Detect and identify possible shrink opportunities . Utilize financial data to assist stores in obtaining budgeted shrink targets . Build and maintain store partnership through Management meetings & huddles . Teach and coach colleagues on loss prevention policies and procedures . Complete & compile necessary evidence and paperwork in a timely and professional manner . Compile and present evidence for the purpose of court or arbitration . Record daily activity, complete incident reports . Provide excellent customer service as required . Participating in Store Level Audits
WHAT WE REQUIRE: . Must be licensed in Loss Prevention . Security or Loss Prevention experience preferred . Diploma in Criminology, Justice Studies, Correctional Studies or a related field . Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Systems, including MS Word and Excel .Available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends
