Position Title: V.P. Finance
Contract Length: 3+ months (contract to perm)
Start Date: September 2014
What you can expect from the role?
• Manage 3 direct reports
• Make recommendations and improvements with regard to direct report duties
• Complete detailed SWOT analysis of current POS system vs comparable systems
• Implement a new POS system
• Integrate legacy POS system with new system
• Upgrade existing technology based infrastructure and systems
• Manage the end to end installation and operation of new POS system
What you bring to the role?
• Experience with systems integration
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to meet and exceed targets
• Proficiency in growing small and medium sized businesses
• Skilled with report writing (Crystal Reports is an asset)
• Experience and understanding of database management
