VP Finance

Due to unprecedented growth, our client an internationally recognized leader in their industry has an exciting new career opportunity for an exceptional business professional to join their senior management team.  This key position will be responsible for strategic management of Finance and IT, nationally.

Your role is to plan, organize, maintain, and direct the financial and operational aspects of the Company's products and services on a national basis. 

You are to plan and allow for adequate training and development of the Controller, Assistant Controller and the accounting staff in order to ensure their continued growth, motivation, and success in meeting the Company's objectives.

Drive the Company Culture in the department and throughout the Company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of the Company's Mission. 

The finance department performs three important functions within the Company:

1) ensures that its procedures and registration processes support the information need of the Organization and always accurately reflect the performance of the various areas of the organization; 

2)  acts as an information service provider, ensuring high-quality information is disseminated to the various stakeholders

3)  acts as a pro-active player to help drive continuous improvement around the organization.
