Senior Program Manager

Our client a progressive, leading Canadian corporation has an exciting new opportunity for an exceptional Senior Program Manager - Automation to join their growing team of stars.

·        Overall responsibility for programs and large projects from receipt of purchase order through final installation and final customer acceptance

·        Full cradle to grave lifecycle management of key customer programs and accounts with overall accountability for the entire program

·        Ensuring continuity from project to project, site to site

·        Manage and give direction to Project Managers assigned to the program

·        Lead the program team to execute projects on schedule, at or below budget delivering the contracted scope of work to all applicable codes and standards.

Your skills and experience include:

·        Minimum Bachelor level Degree from an accredited Canadian University in a related discipline: Mechanical, Systems, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering

·        PMP designation or equivalent experience

·        Experience managing automation programs in excess of $5 million with multiple disciplinary teams

·        Demonstrably strong communication skills, including the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
