Fleet Analyst (#241134)

Randstad Staffing is seeking a Fleet Analyst for our client, an international company that provides office printers, document processing and printing solutions with locations throughout Winnipeg.

The Fleet Analyst is responsible for optimizing the Customer's office environment and ensuring statement of work (SOW) delivery. The Fleet Analyst will continuously assess and optimize the fleet environment through understanding the customer's vision/mission, end users needs (requirements and applications), through ongoing fleet assessments. They will proactively identify risk and opportunities within the account and action through the Account Team.

Responsibilities:
Account Development
. Build and maintain client relationships across all stakeholders in the account(s).
. Participate in Sales efforts such as Large Account Management Plan (LAMP) and account reviews. Expand the range of services offered to the customer, increasing services offering employed in the customer's operation.
. Manage various internal processes required to service and deliver company's capabilities to the clients so that it is seamless.
. Develop strong knowledge of the clients' business needs and disseminate this information to account team to create winning value propositions for the client and company.
. Understand the breadth of products, solutions, and services and the resources that support the sale and service of these products and services.

Operational Excellence
. Prepare and deliver Customer Communication Meeting.
. Oversees the delivery of contracted services according to contract terms, as well as the customers' satisfaction with those services.
. Advises the customer of contract deliverables and on information technology, business strategy with the goal of improving the success of the customers' business operation.
. Applies knowledge of trends in the marketplace and at customer locations and can project implications for company fleets. This knowledge would come from keeping up with the latest industry information, attending training sessions, and networking with other Fleet Analyst and specialists within the company.
. Represents the company with authority to deliver on commitments.

Financial Responsibility
. Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) targets and operating budget for all accounts.
. Develop short and long-term strategy and execute the plan to achieve P&L and operations targets for all accounts.

Qualifications
. University Degree/College Diploma or equivalent business experience
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. High energy, self-motivated, ability to work independently & solve problems
. Strong customer service skills
. Strong communication skills - verbal and written
. Strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
. Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to apply critical thinking in determining fleet optimization recommendations.
. Ability to function well in a team environment.
. Strong system skills including Excel, PowerPoint.
. Previous experience using Viso is an asset
. Vehicle required
