Tech Solutions Advisor - Bilingual

Summary

In a team environment the Sales and Sourcing Representative will respond to incoming internal and external customer queries to advise on and provide solutions, generate technology quotes and orders, while maintaining effective order management in a time sensitive manner.

Responsibilities:

• Determine, advise and recommend product options, add-ons and solutions best suited for the customer.
• Liaise with Sales Team, Category Managers, Vendors and Distributors.
• Provide price and availability information within defined guidelines.
• Submit, track and monitor customer bids and quotes.
• Follow-up and inform management/Product Specialist on sales leads.
• Maintain high level of technology product knowledge.
• Attend all required training sessions.
• Effectively investigate/escalate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Achieve sales and operational targets.
• Enter customer orders and follow-up on product backorders.

Qualifications:

• Must be Bilingual
• 1 - 2 year experience in a Retail, Inside Sales or other Customer Service position within technology industry.
• Secondary School Diploma in a Technology or Business related field.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong and current knowledge of technology industry and products.
• Professional telephone etiquette and skills.
• Able to manage multiple and competing priorities through effective organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent technical skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet, research and order entry).
