| Motivate employees and teams via coaching, team development, communication and accountability, with a view to maintaining and improving processes and performance, and implementing projects to reach business objectives; Develop solid, respectful relationships with employees reporting to you and co-workers in various departments; Manage the human aspects through various projects and positively influence employee behaviour Ensure that rules, policies, the collective agreement, good manufacturing practices and other plant-related processes are observed; Maintain and optimize compliance processes (QA, environmental, health and safety, GMP, etc.); Maintain and optimize regular management processes (production schedules, weekly performance, machine efficiency, communication, budget, collective agreement, etc.); Manage and optimize personnel assignments (take part in various personnel transfer meetings); Identify, support and carry out improvement projects in relation to annual targets. |

Specific skills and qualifications : Bachelor of Science or engineering degree; Three (3) to five (5) years' relevant experience in a similar role; Familiarity with sterile environments an asset; Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HC/FDA standards; Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint in a Windows environment; Good knowledge of SAP; Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Concept methodologies an asset; Team spirit and good interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to manage change and show leadership; Excellent analytical skills, ability to innovate and customer / health and safety focus; Ability to bring people together, and communication and motivational skills; Identify, support and carry out improvement projects in relation to annual targets; Ability to complete projects and influence multidisciplinary teams to work in a results-focused environment; Flexibility with respect to the different shifts (day, evening, night). |
