Projects include offices, new hotel locations, additions, commercial facilities and restaurants. Due to the nature of work, many of the projects are within historical or heritage sites thus adding to the uniqueness and challenge!
This is an opportunity to work on behalf of the owner and ensure the best bang for his buck is received from the contractor.

The Senior Project Manager will have worked on the following projects start to finish with a dollar values of $10 million or more:
Commercial - new build, retrofits or additions
Churches
historical Landmarks within the GTA
Design Build Projects -All sorts interior, new build, additions
Various Corporate Office
New Construction Projects
The format of these projects include both Lump Sum and Construction Management
This person must be open-minded and have a will to learn new processes and management styles.
The ideal qualifications my client is looking for are:
P.Eng
GSC
LEED
CET
