We currently have an opportunity for an Acute Access Coordinator in our Clinical Capacity Program located at Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster, British Columbia. This position offers you the opportunity to: . Coordinate efficient and timely patient placement and bed utilization within FH . Collaborate with health care facilities and BC Bedline regarding access to beds . Provide guidance to health care teams regarding admission eligibility and criteria To be the successful candidate, you will have: . Baccalaureate's degree in Nursing . Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC) . Recent three (3) years related clinical experience in an acute care setting including 1 year experience in supervisory or leadership role responsible for patient care coordination, access and planning .
