A mid-sized Pharmaceutical company located at Yonge & Sheppard is looking for a full-time Bilingual (English/French) Receptionist/Administrator to work in a small office environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized individual with good communication and computer skills.
Hours of work would be 9:00 - 5:00.
Job Description:
*Greet, direct and assist clients, visitors and couriers
*Answer incoming calls into the main line and handle caller?s inquiries whenever possible
*Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
*Pick up and deliver the mail
*Go on office errands as required
*Maintain an adequate inventory of office and kitchen supplies, ordering new supplies as needed
*Maintain a log for boardroom bookings
*Order catering for office meetings as needed
*Book Limousine service for staff and visitors into the office as the need arises
*Provide word-processing and administrative support as requested
*Handles all travel bookings (flights) and accommodations arrangements for the company including the procuring of VISAs when required
*Complete expense reports for the executive team
*Assist staff as requested
Perform other duties when required*Minimum High School Diploma required.
*Post-secondary education would be an asset.
*3 - 5 years of office administration or related experience
*Must possess a professional appearance
*MUST be fully bilingual
*Excellent verbal and listening communications skills
*Proficient in the following software:
*MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. PowerPoint would be an asset
*Time management skills and punctuality
*Respectful, honest and trustworthy
*Demonstrated tact and professionalism
*Ability to maintain confidentiality
*Strong interpersonal skills
