This dynamic, entrepreneurial business is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Inside Sales Specialist to join their team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed as you respond to customers' requests, promote and sell products/services, support sales and marketing efforts, process orders, resolve and troubleshoot customer service issues, update a database, conduct outbound service calls, and provide administrative duties as assigned. You have a natural ability to build relationships and know how to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Known for your ability to balance multiple priorities, you are detailed-oriented and well organized. Good knowledge of MS Office. Vehicle required as not easily transit accessible.
