Have you supervised Quality Inspectors in a precision machining environment?
Working knowledge of AS9100, AS9102 and NADCAP?
Able prepare and review FAI reports for presentation to customers?
Proven success implementing and monitoring Corrective Action Processes?
Ability to drive quality improvements across the company and reduce waste?
Proven experience in an aerospace environment?

Applicants must have experience in an aerospace specifically in a precision machine shop environment where mission critical components are produced and inspected. You will understand the importance of influencing union staff toward hitting quality objectives and delivering precision parts, always with an eye on improving process and reducing waste.
Ideally you're the type of person who as a sense of ways to make process improvements that will help reduce costs, improve efficiency and workflow and ultimately benefit the customer.
The position requires flexibility to support rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.
