Applicants must have experience in an aerospace or related environment, more specifically, in a precision machine shop environment. You will understand the importance of influencing union staff toward hitting production objectives and delivering precision parts, always with an eye on ensuring aerospace quality standard objectives with as little waste as possible.
Ideally you're the type of person who as a sense of ways to make process improvements that will help reduce costs, improve efficiency and workflow and ultimately benefit the customer.
The position requires flexibility to support rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.
