Bouchard and Wilke Join Workopolis' Senior Management Team
Workopolis Hires Vice Presidents of Strategic Planning and Finance
TORONTO – July 23, 2008 -- Workopolis, Canada's leading provider of recruitment and job search solutions, today announced Gabriel Bouchard has joined the team as Vice President, Strategic Planning, and Joe Wilke will be joining as Vice President, Finance.
Bouchard was a founder of Monster.ca, launched in 1997, and served as Vice-President and General Manager. He was also a member of the North American executive team until January, 2008. Prior to joining Monster.ca, Bouchard was the VP Marketing at TMP Worldwide, a recruitment advertising agency. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal.

In January of this year, Workopolis acquired Brainhunter's North American job board business. These partnerships, along with other developments, offer employers and job seekers access to hundreds of professional, trade and industry specific associations and job boards.
In early August, Joe Wilke will also join the Workopolis team, as Vice President, Finance. Wilke, a Chartered Accountant, has spent 14 years in Finance at Loblaw Companies Limited, and most recently held the role of Senior Vice President, Financial Reporting and Control. Prior to that, Wilke worked with Ernst and Young. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo.
Wilke has extensive hands-on financial operational and managerial experience, along with a proven track record of delivering financial expertise. He steps in to lead the Finance team and will assume responsibility to drive financial and business strategy that to date, has enabled Workopolis to sustain significant growth year over year.
