The Admin Username and Password is the one sent out by workopolis.com. Each company has one Admin Username and Password. The person with the Admin Username and Password can create additional Usernames and Passwords for people within your company.
Q: How do I create a new user?
A: From the Admin page, click on the Create New User button. Fill in the boxes. The Note box is optional. Click on Create User.
Q: How do I delete a User?
A: From the Admin page, select the User and click on Delete.
Q: Can I change or update a User's information?
A: Yes. Click directly on the Username. Make the changes and click on Update User.
Q: What is Auto Acknowledgement?
A: Auto Acknowledgement is an automatic e-mail sent to applicants letting them know that their application has been received. It is sent when the applicant applies online using the Apply Now button.
Q: How do I activate the Auto Acknowledgement?
A: From the Admin page, click on the Auto Acknowledgement button. A suggested message is already set-up. Edit the message to suit. Fill in a reply e-mail address and click on Save/Activate.

Q: What are General Reports?
A: The General Reports section contains monthly page view reports as well as information from Workopolis, including training materials and newsletters. General Reports are available to all registered users at your company.
Q: What are Custom Emails?
A: Custom emails are templated e-mail responses that can save you time when sending similar information to many people. The template can be automatically customized to each recipient with the recipient's name and the job title of the position they have applied to.
Q: What is the difference between Public and Private templates?
A: Each person can create their own templates for their private use, or have the Admin person create templates for everyone within your company.
Q: How do I create a custom email template?
A: From the Admin page, click on the Custom Email link. Click Create New. Fill in the required information and click Save.
Q: How do I send a custom email?
A: From My Shortlist, click the select boxes next to the names of the candidates you would like to send the e-mail to. Click the Send Candidate Email button at the bottom of the page. Choose the template you would like to use from the pull-down menu and click Continue Send Email. Click Send Email to finish.
