Within My Shortlist you can create folders to help you organize the candidates on My Shortlist.

Q: How do I create a new folder?
A: From My Shortlist, click on Folder Manager. Enter the new folder name in the New Folder Name box and click on Create.

Q: How do I delete a folder?
A: From My Shortlist, click on Folder Manager. Select the Delete box beside the folder and click on Update Changes.
Warning: All candidates within the deleted folder will also be deleted. If you wish to keep these candidates on My Shortlist, move them into another folder before deleting.

Q: How do I rename a folder?
A: From My Shortlist, click on Folder Manager. Change the folder name in the Rename Folder box and click on Update Changes.

Q: How do I move a candidate on My Shortlist to a folder?
A: From My Shortlist, select the candidate. At the bottom of the list, select the folder from the pull-down menu and click on Move.

Q: Can I move a candidate from the Applicant List directly to a folder within My Shortlist?
A: Yes. From the Applicant List, select the candidate. At the bottom of the page, select the folder from the pull-down list and click on Add to My Shortlist.
