Search our resumés by entering a keyword in the search box. You can search for more than one word if you insert AND or OR between the words. To search for an entire phrase, just enter the phrase. You can narrow your search further by specifying search criteria such as location.

Q: What is the difference between AND and OR?
A: Use OR when any one of the keywords is acceptable. Use AND when all keywords must appear in the same resumé.

Q: If I can search resumés with the ScreeningRoom, what is different about the Resumé Database Subscription?
A: There are 3 different levels of access.

1. ScreeningRoom. This provides access to search the resumés from the Applicant List.
2. Resumé Database Subscription. This provides access to search all public resumés on workopolis.com. Each job seeker choose whether their resumé is public or private. Private resumés can only be viewed by companies that the job seeker applies to via the Apply Now button.
3. Both ScreeningRoom™ and Resumé Database Subscription.

Q: Over 100 people applied to one of my positions. How can I search within a list of applicants to a particular job posting?
A: Under Additional Search Criteria, select the desired position from the title of the job applied for pull-down menu at the top. Choose the rest of your criteria and click Submit. The system will only search the resumés of applicants to the job position chosen.
