I know today that she need me. She is busy and she need me to be productive and to have initiative. She can't support me all day long but that's okay because I know what I'm doing and because of this, I feel wanted, desired and useful. I know how to deal with all the things that I need to accomplish today. I like to cooperate with her ideas, I learn from it and I can definitely become better by this fact everyday. Sometime I can find myself in front  of something that I'm not used to, but I use everything that I know to go through it. I call it the challenge and I like to succeed what I start. I want everyone to be happy around me, otherwise I know that I didn't do my job properly somehow. Everyone need to grow in the right direction and to feel great about it. We can always adjust what we need to adjust and from there, obtain nice results.

What is the best part of working at the company?
it was close to my house  not much travaling to do

lake of team work working with incompetant managment

was ok not the best lake of  good managment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
bissy  organising the younger employes

Personal entrepreneurship, make your success your own responsibility. Was quite fun and exiting to do, but unfortunately the contract i had came from small business that got bought by bigger ones.

I m my own manager so I make my own schedule and dont have to deal with lazy coworkers, it is not a steady job though as I dont always have stuff to repair

It was the best experience in my life i love doing it flexible hours lots of time off im in love with this i work for myself and its stress free yes recommend
