productive workplace, lots of facilities, great supervisors, excellent location in the city, modern laboratories, well equipped labs, grear relationship with industry, immense collaborative projects with industry

As a researcher, I was dependent on research funds coming from different projects, then I had no job security. The laboratories were good and the environment was pleasant.

- Great condition. 
- Work/personal balance easy. 
- Under paid (then uder staffed) in IT related position. 
- Some management amazing, some very bad. 
- Hard to be promoted. 


- the various kinds of contact: professors, researchers, engineers, technicians, PhD students/candidates,...
- team working
- various challenges 
- problem solving

I think, Working with students is an everyday challenge. At the same time it's a good place to work in.

By virtue of the very strong academic staff, ETS is an excellent place to pursuit a graduate degree
