First time I worked for the elections. It was an interesting experience.  The day was long but it was interesting to see the people show interest in the Quebec elections. I will possibly apply again next year.

I worked one day, the day of elections for 12h, I only got to eat once and that was because I had food brought to me luckily, all in all it was a good first experience for someone who had never worked a day in their life.

I recommend anybody to once in their life at least give a try for this kind of job, its an experience to be meeting many people and getting to know alot more than you would have thought you knew !

Training is very comprehensive and straight forward as long as you pay attention. The election day is long but not overly complicated. Roles and responsibilities change depending on your position.

I cannot give an accurate assessment. I only worked for Elections Quebec for a few days during advanced polling and the official voting day on October 1st, 2018.

Hand ballots, make sure they are in the correct box. Check off every person that comes. Count ballots at the end of the night. Make sure everything is sealed.
