Worked here for a good chunk of time as a server and my coworkers were great in FOH & BOH, but management was a mess. The general manager is useless and the upper management is tyrannical. As it is a more casual dinner vibe, you will deal with rowdy and rude guests for sports games which can range from fun to exhausting. You have quite a bit of pressure put on you from managers that won't be helpful on shift which can be really irritating. But all in all, not the worst place I've worked.

I did like the ability to have a say in when u was scheduled. They worked hard to allow time off where they  could. However, I worked at this company for several years. There was periods of time where clique-y behaviour interfered with performance. Management was mainly uninvolved, and at many times inappropriate with staff. Management also always had clear favourites. 

Good work environment with decent tips. Flexible hours and supportive management. Interaction with diverse customers can be interesting. Liking sports is a plus.
