I worked for this restaurant and all I can say is that it was the worst. Meetings in the back where you haven’t even punched in yet where you get yelled at before even starting to work, you are constantly told they don’t need you and can be replaced. Working there taught me to work under pressure, but wasn’t worth the emotional turmoil I was put through every timeI went to work. Waiters get the “good sections” based on whether or not the boss likes you, floors are slippery and if you fall it’s your fault. The tips were good if you knew your way arounthe menu, but there’s a reason for the high turnover rate.

The management sucks, the Boss always curses and treat his employees really horribly. They do not respect your hours, even when youre sick if you cannot find someone to replace you, you still have to come in. The waiters/waitress are genuinely nice but the way the owner runs this place horrible, he doesnt fire an employee that have harassed many waitress there and it still continues even up to this day. When they dont like you, they actually cut your hours.

You’ll make decent money because you work flat out your entire shift. You might go home crying, and might go home with stories of being harassed. Horribleee management. They make you feel like you are incompetent and worthless. A few people who work there are awesome and have been there forever,  but it’s definitely not worth it. Look elsewhere. 

Don’t work here. They treat you like rubbish. Management is poorly organized  and the kitchen is so filthy that I don’t even understand how this place remains open. 
Tips are not paid on time, they take 40 dollars for uniforms that even when they are returned they don’t pay you back. I’m still fighting to have my hours, tips and those 40 bucks paid. I will definitely file a complaint. 

Poorly organiced managers, were they have a little idea how things should be done for starters.
Managers dont care about your wellbeing, coworkers dont know they word team. 
and you have to serve 300 ppl on one shift on top of everything.

This work place has harrassment issues and horrible management, the boss allows no sick days even when you have a pneumonia and the work is not accountable when they do not mind dismissing you after showing up and not being clocked in and waiting to be and not end up being clocked in and just sent home

I felt good working there. I enjoyed it a lot. I faced so many problems and I learned something new from them. Management is good and supportive. CO-workers are also good.

Work at the one in the West Island every one is bad run bad Management plus they didn’t pay me five hours and said it would fix next pay don’t go work here 

long hours, great food but lots of work to do, no breaks. Overal not that bad, nice company with a pretty big clientele and good tips. But got to be hard working.

Great place to work.
Management knows how to act and they have your back. It can get quite busy at times which is good tip wise. Clientele is from all over
