Overall a huge flow of clients to work with, you all always be busy! Generous amount Management activity on the sales floor! You don’t have to close your own deals, 2 different sales floors, incentives & huge lot of pre-owned vehicles 

Lack of training, it’s kind of like throwing yourself in the water if you drown you drown. They have an up system but generally it ends up being an open floor and many sales consultants, many many managers hounding you for 40+ phone calls a day. Little to no time to do follow up unless early morning. 

Some of the managers are good and supportive. You will most probably be gonna earn in range of 2-3k 13-15 cars mostly with worst pay plan. They treat you like robots for all the work but will not pay money even with the minimum standards. They will not help you in fixing any car problem, you have to take full responsibility to fix the problem.
If you are in sales for money please review their pay plan and you will end up making more money in any warehouse.

Pretty good company. Nice people to work with. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing really other than the traffic in the area.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Was very good. Friendly staff and a nice environment.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I worked there for about 2 years until the pandemic hit. Driving was the main job.

Best training I’ve received from any job and a lot of customer traffic. The dealership is huge, has very friendly staff, and has tonnes of new/pre-owned inventory that you can sell to customers.

Technicians are not paid properly. Or not paid at all sometimes when working on cars under warranty. The paid hours given to licences technicians are equal to or less than apprentices wage. There is no room for growth. 

It was very fun to work for 401 Dixie Hyundai, as they were very aggressive to push towards success. It was an honor to work for them and it is a very amazing and welcoming place.

Daily business duties for Accounts Payable and Receivable. Reconciliations and reporting for all accounts. Performed month-end, quarter-end and year-end procedures. Collections and check-runs, daily deposits.

Great company to start selling with if you are new to sales,regular training programs helps to grow as an individual .Work staff is great and friendly,people look after you if you are

General manager & service manager is amazing. They understand when things come up and tries their best to treat all individuals the same. Great work place and amazing new location.

Hardworking & Performers stay back from this place. Worst pay plan in industry and management say do ratio didn’t match. No transparency in remuneration.
