What is the best part of working at the company?
Do not work here. No professionalism, horrible management and awful hours. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Managers, lack of communication, the cleanliness, hours, bad tips

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
TERRIBLE work environment. Managers are rude and suck up to the owner. Will change the rules constantly so you cannot keep up.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Standing around doing nothing, cleaning and scrubbing the floors so the owner does not freak out. Being scrutinized.

Why I wouldn’t work there 
- you pay a fee  for each customers that used credit to tip 
- tip-out is high 
- you have to clean everything as there is no cleaning service  ( washrooms , floors , walls , carpets)
- you have to clean your own tables (even if you are tipping the busser) a lot of times you do your own dishes as well in the back 
- managers/owner watches the security camera so you always have to be doing something ( cleaning )
- tips that you get are late 

Why I would work there :
The food is good 






I hated to work here 
The management is the worst 
There is often miscommunication within the management and servers
Morning shift servers were the rudest of all 
I loved some people but some were very rude 
This place will mentally abuse you until you leave on your own 
Otherwise they will kick you out without prior notice

I never worked anywhere with this stress full and mentally exhausted environment and the management is so mean and controlling and he is racist,and the workplace was nice back then the staff are all polite and the kitchen too .

I already wrote a review for 7 west café.

I loved being a barista, bartender, and server. Though sometimes the workload was more than a one person job.

I had lots of fun at the restaurant, and would love to work as a server, bartender or barista again in the future.

Schedule is not flexible whatsoever. Management makes working there even more difficult and creates a negative work environment for employees and cooks. They will not even schedule you  if you ask for schedule adjustments. Would not recommend as a work space

One of the busiest place in city which gives dine in experience 24/7 for 365 days. A lot of learning but the management needs to take care of employees rather than just talking about money. 

there was often miscommunication between people in charge... other than that there are many challenges that present themselves in this place. the staff is split between lovely and ignorant. its an adventure of a job

Have to deal with a lot of drunk and rude customers in the overnight shift

 

I would not suggest working here at all.
Between the disorganization, owner is never around, management is just after their own tips aka your money. 
Worst experience ever. 
And be prepared for night shifts til 8 or 9am
