I used to work in Sony programs , it’s terrible to be honest, Sony gives undoable and unrealistic sales targets , can change numbers any time they want! Bonus program is a SCAM !!! They can cancel bonus program any time without any reason, but when they hire people they brainwash people about bonus so hard! 
And be prepared Sony can change hours or lay off workers anytime they want.!! 
Benefits!!! I got my benefits after 10 months!!!!! I was mailing HR and management and finally I got my physical insurance card ! 

Sony program has very bad reputation think twice before you apply!! 

Typical day consists of checking your emails and selling your products in the store while making rapports with the customers. You do training every two weeks to learn about the products and to talk about what is working and what isn't when it comes to your sales pitch.

0 Support from the management.  They will tell you goodjob everymonth and when you have a bad month, they will send you a email and let you know that you have lost your position. 

Had a blast working so closely with the client, always had new challenges everyday. Great team to work with and had a lot of support. Only gripe I have is there seems to be a revolving door of leadership. 

Sales targets are high and grow every year despite the current trends. I found I was paid less than any other brand specialist at my location. Brought up my pay gap repeatedly and was ignored

Good company, app based clock in system and feel if self boss in locations. Sales sometimes lacking makes for a slow day, not always very rewarding. Mostly comfortable
