I just work with them for a short time but this job is bit challenging for me . I had never work in a grocery store especially the one who is actually full of people . I feel bit nervous by standing among different folks while greeting and talking to everyone I started believing in myself thats really a headstart for me . Then from now i never let my confidence falls down even am not a good speaker but still able to manage people

Working as a butcher for Adonis was a great experience due to the work environment. The supermarket is owed and serves mostly Lebanese good; which is were I am from. Communicating with clients was very pleasant as most of us shared similar culture and values; and I felt honored to serve everyone on behalf of my culture

Managed within long hours ensuring that all tasks were complete and that all customers were served. Operated as a leader for merchandising and truck to ensure that all tasks were completed by the deadline. Successfully satisfied customers by learning and taking charge of multiple departments.

most enjoyable part about working there were the nice customers. As a cashier i was responsible for checking out all the products making sure my customers were happy with the visit to the store and asked if they need any help finding their products.

You are poorly treated and paid less than somewhere else. The workload is high. Generally Meeting work-life balance is almost impossible; you have to work according to the manager's demands which are changing week by week, and your schedule is not specified in advance. 

Dealing with clients is an every day job at Adonis, and some of them are not happy with the products they buy. This makes our job harder yet we are still able to deal with them in a very professional way and my job required me to deal with clients every day.

working at Adonis was alot of fun espically with all the co workers i had the only issue i faced was their flexibility with hours as i could meet the expected timings they had for a part time worker/ student.

they didn't take the time to train me for the job I felt like I was lost most of the time because they were not interacting with employees. Even when I asked for help I was pushed aside.

Im the the type of employes that loves to learn new things and especially work with co-worker that actually know how to speak english. I didnt like he atmosphere i was in working mostly in a fridge all day aswell.

Learned a lot from this job as it’s very simple and direct in explaining your responsibilities and your duties got some hands on training when I started so I didn’t feel lost friendly coworkers
