I love working with AF/KLM, I've learned a lot from this job like treating all the passengers without discrimination, giving them an option on how they can save time and money on their next trip. Offering them an assistance if in need. The management has been helpful and supportive to me since my first day, we work as a team every single day. The hardest part of the job is to please angry travellers for some reason, maintaining to give them a smile while explaining the situation in a calm and soft voice. Heavy bags, cabin bags, checking the Visa's and other documents, lining them up, this is my typical day at work and I enjoyed it. Time flies so fast, I love working at the airport.

I read complaints all day analyze them and then, decide on the compensation. My job is to regain our client's trust and fidelity.

I have learned a great deal on the airline industry and intern systems and how to be client oriented and maintain them happy.

Hardest part of my job would say it's when I have to decline a client's request. Unfortunately, we can't give them all they want!!

When I get to work from home and avoid our big snow storms!!

A typical day at work would be challenging and productive.
There is always something new you learn every day after all these year.
Work place is always fun and exciting never know what could happen the next moment.
Hardest part of the job is to fill up space in a market which has a lot of capacity.
Enjoyable part is when you achieve a new long term business.

Very strict and challenging, time flys

When you get used to it, know what to do, there is no stress, just non stop

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Repeat the same thing again and again

I worked as a passenger assistance. the day tarted doing a passenger list with special needs like a family booking the seats together ,how many wheel chair, passenger with a foreign language etc.. then during the checking taking care of business passenger with their need, 
Then at the gate making sure all passengers are there for boarding

The Passengers service Agent needs to solve potential issues and inform passengers about their Flight, are responsable for meeting the needs and Safety Requirements of Passengers and Airport personnel. They assist Customers before and after a flight.

Air France a great place to work, it was a fast pace environment with always something to do. It taught you how to work with the public as well as work in a team. The hardest part of the job was dealing with difficult clients. The best part of the job where the travel benefits.

Rewarded by advancement if you are doing a great job and are hungry for new opportunities.  Off-shoring and downsizing were the death of this company.  Some of the best managers I've ever worked with.
